How To OrderOrders can be processed through direct mail to The Moon Publishing & Printing. Simply write out what items you would like along with your name, mailing address, and payment. Orders can also be processed on the phone with a Visa or Mastercard. When ordering with a credit card, please include your billing address, a phone number, and e-mail address just in case we may need to contact you about a problem or to simply info you of your order status. Orders can also be processed through the online store. Wholesale OrdersRetail stores can order directly from The Moon through any of the methods listed above and are entitled to a discount. Please contact The Moon before ordering to ensure you will get the proper discount on any order. Print on DemandThe Moon Publishing & Printing uses print on demand, which means that your book or magazine order will not be printed until after it's requested and paid for. However, The Moon may have copies already printed of certain items, which are usually back issues of the magazines. You may check with The Moon before ordering, if you so choose by e-mail or by phone. Prices, and Acceptable Forms of PaymentAll prices listed are in U.S. dollars. Only cash, money orders, checks, Visa and Mastercards are accepted by The Moon. Money orders and checks must be written out to Alison Vyain for processing. If the money order or check is written out to The Moon, it will be returned. Refund PolicyThere are no refunds on any purchases made through The Moon Publishing & Printing. All sales are final.
